For everyone
National 4-H Week is a time for us to lift up the voice of 4-H and share its story of positive youth development. Use these stories and 4-H visibility to encourage recruitment as we kick off the new 4-H year.
Additional info on the National 4-H Week Proclamation and yard signs have been added! Be sure to get your orders in for any yard signs soon.
Themed social days and templates
National 4-H Council has established two themed days for engagement and social posts, along with templates. Alongside the state ambassadors, we are encouraging additional themed days with strong localization encouraged.
Promotional toolkit
Beyond social media, several resources are available to support our theme, share our pride, and help tell the 4-H story with current audiences:
- National 4-H Week Proclamation
- "4-H Family" yard signs for families to display in their yards/driveways
And with new audiences:
- Updated "Join 4-H" brochure to hand out at tabling events
- "Join 4-H" yard signs to display in neighborhoods, school areas, etc.
- Updated 4-H poster to display in schools (particularly at partner locations)
Media engagement
We’ll be encouraging alumni to submit op-eds about the impact of 4-H in their lives, and also submitting media pitches around the ways 4-H impacts communities. If you have a great story, please send it my way!
Full details, including social templates, files for updated assets, and ordering information can be found in the communications plan. Thank you for your help in lifting up the 4-H story during National 4-H Week!
